We are pleased to welcome you to our patient care facility which has been carefully designed for your comfort. From the first moment you step through our door, we hope you will sense the atmosphere of serenity and comfort we have worked so carefully to create. Our exceptionally caring staff are anxious to tend to your every need. Additionally, our patient care facility has been specifically designed with many thoughtful touches to enhance your comfort. A relaxing view of garden landscaping is featured in each of our patient care rooms.
For your personal comfort, each patient care room is also equiped with a high-quality, personal stereo system which you are free to control with a personal remote. Select from 20 channels, from our selection of CDs, or bring a favorite CD with you. Laughing gas (nitrous oxide) is also available in each of our treatment rooms at no additional charge .
We would love to show you around our state-of-the-art instrument sterilization center. We even have a distilled-water delivery system to ensure that all the water used in your care is fresh and free from contaminates. Feel free to ask us any questions you might have about our patient-safety system.
Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled by speaking with our receptionist at (425) 348-4443. If you are calling outside of our regular business hours, please leave a message, and we will promplty return your call on our next business day.
Dental Insurance
We accept the vast majority of dental insurance plans. Our insurance coordinator has over 20 years experience in dealing with the rules and regulations of dental insurance companies, and our patients have learned that they can count on her to accurately submit their insurance claims and to keep track of their available benefits. We work hard to maximize the amount your insurance pays while minimizing your out-of pocket expenses.
Financial
Our financial coordinator will provide you with an estimate of your insurance benefits for each appointment. Our patients typically pay the portion which will not be paid by insurance at each visit.
For your convenience, we accept several forms of payment including checks, cash, and MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
For those patients with good credit who would like assistance in financing their dental care, we have several payment options available including no interest payments plans. Our financial coordinator will help you submit a brief credit application.
Changing an Appointment
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. In the unlikely event you may need to change an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we will do all we can to schedule someone else in your reserved time. However, if we are unable to fill the time we had reserved for you, a fee will be charged to cover the overhead and staff costs.
